The Pine Lodge Bed & Breakfast is an intimate property where every guest reservation is both important and special to us. Please understand our policies they are a necessary part of managing a small Bed and Breakfast Inn.

Smoking  No smoking is permitted anywhere within the inn.

Careful, considerate smoking is permitted on the front porch or outside any of the cottages. Failure to respect this policy and smoking in you room will result in a minimum charge of $300.00 for dry cleaning and loss of the room.

Pets  Small dogs of 25lbs or less with prior approval permitted in some of the cottages, we have limited accommodation, $25 charge per stay. Please bring a cage if you intend to leave your loved one alone, as we do not allow animals on the furniture and our maid will need to clean your room.

Booking & Rates  All rates based on double-occupancy, unless offered or stated otherwise. Visa, MasterCard, Travelers checks and cash we gladly accepts as payment, reservation are confirmed by prepayment of your first night

Damage  Any damage caused to the property by you must be paid for. You are asked to sign at registration a form and in by doing so give your consent, so that the company Pine Lodge Bed & Breakfast can charge your credit card for accidents and damages.

Children  Small children will be served cereal for breakfast, juice, milk.

Cancellations   All cancellations result in a $25 fee. We charge your credit card for the first night of your reservation. If you cancel with less than 7 days notice, we’ll refund you the cost of any days we are able to rebook, minus the $25 fee. There is no guarantee that we can rebook all the nights of your reservation. No refund for any early departures.

Check-in / check- out  Arrivals: Between Noon – 6:00 PM. If you anticipate a late arrival then please let us know in advance.

Departures: By 11:00 AM. A late check out needs prior approval, late check outs will incur a charge.

If you are worried about having to cancel for any reason, we recommend you purchase travel insurance through a third party for your own financial protection.
